These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website, lumman.co. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About This Website

lumman.co is the informational website of Lumman Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales (Company Number: 15425759), with its registered office at 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. Lumman is an engineering studio that designs and builds AI products.

The public pages of this website are informational only. They have no accounts, no sign-in, no purchases, and no user-submitted content. Nothing on them is an offer to provide services, and using them does not create any engagement or contract between you and Lumman Ltd. Any actual engagement is governed by a separate written agreement. The account and the connectors are a separate, signed-in service, and sections 1.1 to 1.2 set out the terms that apply to them.

1.1 The Lumman Mail Connector

Lumman Mail Connector - A connector that gives your AI client your own Gmail accounts.

If you connect a Gmail account, you do so through Google's own consent screen and you remain responsible for that account and for everything sent from it. The connector acts on your instructions and on those of the AI client you have approved, and you are responsible for what it is asked to do.

Two connections are usable at no cost. Beyond those two, a connection works on a single plan for this connector, charged by the number of connections you have paid for; that plan renews once each period, and its period - monthly or yearly - is chosen once, when you first open it, and is not moved afterwards. Adding a connection mid-period to a yearly plan is settled with our payment provider when you make it. While the plan covers fewer connections than are paid for here, none of the paid ones answers until you say which ones stay, and the two free connections keep working. Disconnecting a connection frees its place and withdraws the authorisation at Google. Where it was a paid connection, we lower what the plan charges from your next renewal, and where it was the last paid one the plan stops renewing; the period already paid for runs out either way and money already taken is not returned.

Lumman is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Google, and nothing here is a Google service.

1.2 Your Lumman Account

Anyone may create a Lumman account by signing in with Google. Holding one is not a right to use the connectors: they work only once Lumman has opened the account for them, which is done by hand and at our discretion.

We may stop an account reaching the connectors at any time. You may close your own account at any time, on the connector page: closing it stops the account at once and deletes everything - every subscription it pays for is stopped, every authorisation it gave is withdrawn, and everything held here that names you is destroyed. It cannot be undone, and the Data Deletion page at lumman.co/data-deletion sets out what it destroys and what survives it.

1.3 Subscriptions, Payment and Refunds

Paid capacity is sold through our payment provider, Polar, which acts as merchant of record. Every price, billing interval and tax is Polar's own and is shown by Polar before you pay; no amount is set on this website. We never see or store your card details.

What you buy is capacity you hold on your own account for that connector. It is not a place for another person, and nothing about it is handed to anybody else.

An account holds at most one renewing subscription per connector. A purchase for a connector the account already holds is refused before it is opened, and what that subscription covers is the number of connections you have paid for here rather than anything you set at Polar. If two purchases are somehow completed for one connector, we end the second and return its payment - that is a correction of our own error, not a refund policy.

Capacity opens when Polar confirms the payment, not when you return from Polar's payment page. A purchase you abandon or that fails opens nothing and changes nothing you already hold.

Cancelling stops the subscription renewing, and the period you have already paid for runs out. Beyond the duplicate correction above, money already taken is not returned.

2. Acceptable Use

You may view and share this website for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• use the website in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the website or its hosting;
• scrape, harvest, or place automated load on the website in a way that is abusive or that degrades it for others;
• misrepresent your affiliation with Lumman Ltd, or use our name, logo, or brand in a misleading way.

The Lumman Mail Connector carries those rules and two of its own. You agree not to:

• use it to send unsolicited bulk mail, spam, phishing, or messages that impersonate another person or organisation;
• use several accounts, or several connections, to get past a sending limit that Gmail or this website sets.

3. Intellectual Property

The website and its content - including text, design, layout, graphics, and the Lumman name and logo - are owned by Lumman Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the website and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or redistribute its content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

4. No Warranties

The website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The content is for general information about Lumman and does not constitute professional, technical, or legal advice. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, although we take reasonable care to maintain it.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumman Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

6. External Links and Other Lumman Properties

The website may link to other Lumman products or to third-party websites. Those are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Privacy

Our handling of information in connection with this website is described in our Privacy Policy, at lumman.co/privacy. In short, the public pages collect no personal information through forms or payments and use only privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics; what an account and the connectors hold is set out in that policy.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the website.
