Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website, lumman.co. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About This Website

lumman.co is the informational website of Lumman Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales (Company Number: 15425759), with its registered office at 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. Lumman is an engineering studio that designs and builds AI products.

The public pages of this website are informational only. They have no accounts, no sign-in, no purchases, and no user-submitted content. Nothing on them is an offer to provide services, and using them does not create any engagement or contract between you and Lumman Ltd. Any actual engagement is governed by a separate written agreement. The account and the connectors are a separate, signed-in service, and sections 1.1 to 1.4 set out the terms that apply to them; a booking link's page and a booking page, where a guest gives a name and an address to book a time, and a poll's page, where the person a link was made for ticks the times that suit, are part of Multi Calendar.

1.1 Multi Mail

Multi Mail - A connector that gives your AI client your own Gmail, Outlook, iCloud and Fastmail mailboxes.

If you connect a mailbox, you do so through its own provider's consent screen - Google's, or Microsoft's for a personal Outlook or a work or school account - or, for an iCloud or Fastmail mailbox, with an app password you make for Lumman at Apple or Fastmail, and you remain responsible for that account and for everything sent from it. An app password is kept, encrypted, only once both of that provider's mail servers have accepted it, and is sent to those two servers alone; one the provider stops accepting stops that mailbox until you connect it again. The connector acts on your instructions and on those of the AI client you have approved, and you are responsible for what it is asked to do.

Disconnecting a connection destroys the stored credential, and for a Gmail mailbox also withdraws the authorisation at Google; Microsoft offers us no way to withdraw one, so you remove Lumman at Microsoft yourself, and an iCloud or Fastmail app password keeps working until you delete it at Apple or Fastmail.

Lumman is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Google, Microsoft, Apple or Fastmail, and nothing here is a service of any of them.

1.2 Your Lumman Account

Anyone may create a Lumman account by signing in with Google or with Microsoft, or with a code we email to any address, and may add a passkey to it afterwards and sign in with that instead. No password signs anyone in. A mailbox needs no invitation at any provider: connecting one needs nothing further, though Google's own preview admits a limited number of accounts, so a Gmail mailbox is refused once that room is gone. Holding an account is not a right to the rest: any connector we have not released works only once Lumman has opened the account for it, which is done by hand and at our discretion.

We may stop an account reaching the connectors at any time. You may close your own account at any time, on the connector page: closing it stops the account at once and deletes everything - every subscription it pays for is stopped, every authorisation we can withdraw is withdrawn, and everything held here that names you is destroyed. It cannot be undone, and the Data Deletion page at lumman.co/data-deletion sets out what it destroys and what survives it.

1.3 Subscriptions, Payment and Refunds

Plans are sold through our payment provider, Polar, which acts as merchant of record. Every price, billing interval and tax is Polar's own and is shown by Polar before you pay; no amount is set on this website. We never see or store your card details.

Multi Mail is sold as one plan for your whole account, billed monthly or yearly, from 14 October 2026. It is held on your own account; it is not a place for another person, and nothing about it is handed to anybody else.

Multi Calendar is sold as its own plan for your whole account, billed monthly or yearly. Neither connector's plan includes the other. Without it, an account has one booking page and owns one circle, and the pages its guests open carry a line naming Multi Calendar; with it, the account has as many of each as it wants, and that line goes. When the plan ends, only the account's first booking page and first circle keep working - the others are kept, and work again when the plan returns.

From 14 October 2026, Multi Mail counts each action an AI client takes through it - every call that reaches a mailbox, every list of your mailboxes and every file it fetches - across all your mailboxes together. An account without a Multi Mail plan has 25 actions in any 24 hours, and an account with one 1,000. An action past that is refused before any mailbox is reached; actions that are refused or fail are not counted. While we cannot confirm that plan with Polar, the account has 25.

An account holds at most one plan for each connector. A purchase while the account holds one - including one set to end - is refused before it is opened. If two purchases are somehow completed, we end the second and return its payment - that is a correction of our own error, not a refund policy.

A plan opens when Polar confirms the payment, not when you return from Polar's payment page. A purchase you abandon or that fails opens nothing and changes nothing you already hold.

Cancelling stops the subscription renewing, and the period you have already paid for runs out. Beyond the duplicate correction above, money already taken is not returned.

1.4 Multi Calendar

Multi Calendar - A connector that gives your AI client the calendars of your Outlook.com, Microsoft 365 and Google accounts.

If you connect an account's calendars, you do so through Microsoft's or Google's consent screen, and you remain responsible for that account. The connector acts on your instructions, on those of the AI client you have approved, and on a guest's pick of a time on a booking link or a booking page. Disconnecting destroys the stored calendar credential, and for a Google account also withdraws the authorisation at Google; Microsoft offers us no way to withdraw the authorisation, so you remove Lumman at Microsoft yourself.

A booking link offers the times you choose, and a time that stops being free before it is booked is replaced by other free times the connector picks from your calendars and preferences. Anyone holding it can book one of them once, without an account, giving a name and an email address we do not verify; the meeting is created in the calendar you named to receive bookings, and Microsoft or Google invites that address from your account's own address. You are responsible for whom you send a link to. Anyone who opens a booking page you set up can book any time it shows free in your calendars within your preferences, as often as times stay free, on the same terms; you are responsible for whom you share its address with. A poll offers the times you choose to the people you name, each through their own link; anyone holding a link can answer for its address without an account, and when your AI client books it, Microsoft or Google invites exactly the people it is for from your account's own address. We send them nothing, and you are responsible for whom you send each link to.

You can invite people into a circle by email address. Each invitation's link is for that person alone; we send them nothing, so you share it yourself or your AI client sends it from your own mailbox, and you are responsible for whom you invite. Withdrawing an invitation stops its link working.

Multi Calendar has no daily allowance, but as a technical ceiling it takes at most 1,000 actions from an AI client in any 24 hours for each account. An action past that is refused, saying when the next one is available; actions that are refused or fail are not counted.

2. Acceptable Use

You may view and share this website for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • use the website in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the website or its hosting;
  • scrape, harvest, or place automated load on the website in a way that is abusive or that degrades it for others;
  • misrepresent your affiliation with Lumman Ltd, or use our name, logo, or brand in a misleading way.

Multi Mail carries those rules and two of its own. You agree not to:

  • use it to send unsolicited bulk mail, spam, phishing, or messages that impersonate another person or organisation;
  • use several accounts, or several connections, to get past a sending limit that a mailbox's own provider or this website sets.

3. Intellectual Property

The website and its content - including text, design, layout, graphics, and the Lumman name and logo - are owned by Lumman Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the website and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or redistribute its content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

4. No Warranties

The website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The content is for general information about Lumman and does not constitute professional, technical, or legal advice. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, although we take reasonable care to maintain it.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumman Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

6. External Links and Other Lumman Properties

The website may link to other Lumman products or to third-party websites. Those are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

7. Privacy

Our handling of information in connection with this website is described in our Privacy Policy, at lumman.co/privacy. In short, the public pages take no payments and collect no personal information - Multi Calendar's guest pages aside: a booking link's page and a booking page pass a guest's name and address into the invitation the guest books and keep neither, and a poll's page keeps the times its invitee picks until the poll is booked or closed or 14 days pass - and use only privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics; what an account and the connectors hold is set out in that policy.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the website.
