# Outlook and Hotmail

Outlook.com and Hotmail mailboxes connect to Multi Mail with Microsoft sign-in, so Lumman never receives your password.

## Connecting it

1. In the window Claude opens, choose Outlook, Hotmail or Microsoft 365 and sign in at Microsoft with your Outlook.com or Hotmail address.
2. Allow access to your mail, to sending as you and to your mailbox settings when Microsoft asks.

## Limits

- Outlook has no signature a tool can read or set.
- Multi Mail deletes no draft here, because Outlook keeps a draft's id once it is sent and deleting one could remove sent mail.
- Disconnecting deletes our credential. To remove Lumman at Microsoft too, go to account.live.com/consent/Manage.
