Work and school mailboxes on Microsoft 365 connect to Multi Mail with Microsoft sign-in, once your organisation allows it.

## Connecting it

1. In the window Claude opens, choose Outlook, Hotmail or Microsoft 365 and sign in at Microsoft with your work or school address.
2. Allow access when Microsoft asks. If Microsoft says your organisation has to approve Lumman first, Lumman shows the address where your administrator approves it.
3. Once your administrator has approved Lumman, connect the mailbox again.

## Limits

- Only a mailbox in Exchange Online connects.
- Outlook has no signature a tool can read or set.
- Multi Mail deletes no draft here, because Outlook keeps a draft's id once it is sent and deleting one could remove sent mail.
- Disconnecting deletes our credential. To remove Lumman at Microsoft too, go to myapplications.microsoft.com.
